I’m an experienced and highly effective Business teacher with over 20 years of corporate experience, helping students truly understand Business, not just learn content, but apply it effectively in exams.
Alongside tutoring, I currently teach Business at KS4 and KS5 in an excellent secondary school and sixth form. I hold a Business degree, PGCE, QTS and an enhanced DBS, and support students across GCSE, A Level, BTEC and OCR Cambridge Technicals (CTEC) through personalised tuition
What sets my teaching apart is a clear focus on understanding through my own business experience. Students are taught why businesses behave as they do and how examiners reward these answers. This consistently develops stronger application, analysis and evaluation, the skills that unlock higher grades.
I have an excellent track record of improving confidence and results, including helping students move up multiple grades, achieve top GCSE and A Level outcomes, and secure Distinctions in vocational courses.
